Two 40 oz. and a microphone – A beer bottle that plays like a record album

Did I just show my age by calling it a record album?

German brewing company Beck’s teamed up with a company by the name of Gyro Constructivists and built an “Edison Bottle”, a bottle of Beck’s that has been designed to play a single from New Zealand band Ghost Wave using a special, upgraded version of the classic Thomas Edison phonograph. There’s a lot of technical mumbo jumbo that was involved in this creation, none of which I can even begin to explain, so I’ll just include the video (and shot of the bottle in action) below:

Before you start telling Beck’s to shut up and take your money, please know that only two of these bottles exist, and there’s only the one upgraded phonograph, so *whomp whomp*
